RECAP: Saturday, Oct 27

11 miles in 90 minutes.  Ran north on bike path from Corwin to Roxanna New Burlington Rd.  Aid station (water and Gatorade) set up at 5.5 mile turn around.  Cool Mint Chocolate Clif Bars provided at finish.  Our first longer run in a while, all legs felt a little heavy today.  Excited to get back at it with progressively longer runs this winter.  Team will be heading up to Troy this afternoon to watch Ohio High School Cross-Country Regionals.
