|Notes: Parking and bathrooms available at the start. Water and Maurten Drink Mix 160 will be available at the turnaround (6.5M). Goal is to maintain a steady pace throughout the run. Runners welcome to go faster/slower on the way out or on the way back but the goal is to have a critical mass around the 7:00 min pace.|
