Distance:  14 Miles (Out & Back on paved bike path)
Start Time:  7:30AM
Pace:  7:30 min/mile (Average)
Start/Finish:  Beavercreek Station (View in Google Maps)
Notes:  Parking and bathrooms available at the start. Water and Drink Mix 160 available at the turn (Sol Arnovitz Park in Xenia). Goal is to maintain a smooth, steady pace (no straining, finish feeling good). Runners can add on two miles extra by going out to Grange Hall Rd on the way back.
