| Notes: Part of Oakwood’s That Day In May Festival. Recommend parking near Edwin Smith Elementary School (Park Here) to avoid congestion. 5K & 10K start together and run along the same course. Both courses are simple out-n-backs with 5Kers turning before the large hill on E Schantz Ave. 10K runners run down E Schantz Ave to bottom of the hill and then turn around to head back up. Makes for a challenging and fun race – whoever can manage the hill best will likely be the winner. |
