Distance:  14 Miles (Out & Back)
Start Time:  7:30AM
Pace:  7:00 min/mile (Average) for 1st group; 8:00 min/mile (Average) for 2nd group. Other paces welcome; this is a great place to find other runners at your pace.
Start/Finish:  Beavercreek Station (View in Google Maps)
Notes:  Parking and bathrooms available at the start. Water and Drink Mix 160 available at the turn (Sol Arnovitz Park in Xenia). Goal is to maintain a smooth, steady pace (no straining, finish feeling good). Runners can add on extra miles or turn sooner to meet their individual mileage goals. We will start the run together and break up into smaller pace groups as we wake up our legs a few miles into the run.

*Special this week* Following the run we will have bagels and coffee provided by Brandon from the Advanced Running Project. See additional details below.

Bagels and coffee (from Panera) will be provided after the run by the Advanced Running Project. We are looking forward to the opportunity to connect with other runners. Brandon is one of our region’s premier Running & Event experts and operates a small business designed to serve runners in addition to coordinating the Air Force Marathon each September in Dayton. Check out his Miami Valley Race Series and register for the 2nd Annual Historic Germantown 8K which will be run on Saturday, August 3rd. You can still register for the Air Force Marathon here.
