Allison ran 2:53:27 at the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon in 2019. She also ran 61:37 at the Little Miami 10-Miler in March. Allison has run Boston twice (2018, 2019) and coaches cross-country at Troy High School.
David ran 2:48:15 at the 2018 NYC Marathon, his second road marathon, and ran a 1:13:30 half at Indy Mini that spring. He’s also raced the Pikes Peak Marathon and talks about transitioning to the roads more after moving from Colorado to Dayton. We talk about his current run streak (3.5 years) and why his first race at any distance was a marathon.
Ann is a two-time member of Team USA (20K, Marathon) and three-time Olympic Trials Qualifier. In 2008 she finished 7th at the trials with a time of 2:34:46. Ann finished Top 10 (2nd American) at the 2007 Boston Marathon and won numerous other races including the Columbus Marathon (2011) and the Air Force Marathon (2017, 2019). During her professional running career, Ann also served as the head coach for the University of Dayton women’s cross-country team where she built a winning program and was named Atlantic 10 Coach of the Year. Ann has three children and is an online coach with the Run SMART Project.
